Do not recommend this custom home builder, Philip Napier. Altered vendor invoices and submitted them to us for reimbursement. After hiring a local law firm I became aware of the other individuals involved in litigation against Philip Napier/his company too. My experience and opinion is he is dishonest.
I've had the pleasure of working with Napier construction on beautiful custom homes for the last 15 years. You would have a hard time finding a better contractor that cares more than Napier Inc. !
