We bought a truck tent and a SportsLink from this store, spending over $600 CAD because the website clearly stated that it would fit a Ram 1500 short bed truck. When we tried to set it up, there was no gap on the tailgate to insert the 3 clips shown in the instruction video, which made the tent impossible to install properly. We ended up packing everything back up and using one of our old tents instead. When we contacted customer service to request a return, we were told the item had to be unopened and unpacked. Long gray vestibule pole cracked and splintered first use. It is too long. I carefully followed all instructions.

Wow! I needed poles for my 81000 SUV tent that is from 2010. Incredibly, they actually found the parts and they are on the way at a very reasonable price. The whole process took two phone calls and 24 hours. This is a company that does it the right way they have real people, that know what they’re doing, and they care about their customers.
