Wow! I needed poles for my 81000 SUV tent that is from 2010. Incredibly, they actually found the parts and they are on the way at a very reasonable price. The whole process took two phone calls and 24 hours. This is a company that does it the right way they have real people, that know what they’re doing, and they care about their customers.
