Excellent service and delivery
Service to good to be true. Gave test drive on a Sunday, Husband signed up paid deposit. Had to chase no reply to text messages and days later replies to email. Car delivery January advised two dates nothing not even a contact to say won’t be happening the Friday or Monday. Would not recommend this company communication is not there strong point. Have now asked for refund of deposit and cancellation.
The service received when purchasing new vans for our business has been outstanding, Steve has gone out of his way to ensure that everything was in order and when one van developed a problem he had it sorted immediately. Everyone we have dealt with has been efficient and knowledgeable. A company that will help out wherever required. A credit to Hastings.
