Napier has much nicer properties, that are well maintained and serviced. The company has been in business for over 12 years and has lots of happy long term tenants. The company wants to serve good tenants that will respect the property and pay a fair price for a good property.
My mother is a mother of 13 but has 6 kids left to raise. After renting a house from from Napier Enterprises from 6-1-15 to 8-1-15 ( which is 2 months). There was a problem about getting the deposit. Sue told us it would take 2 weeks even if the house was in perfect condition. My mother signed a month to month least. After telling her the situation, and that in order to pay the the moving people we had to get the deposit back after of course cleaning and removing everything from the house. Bob Napier is a very respectful businessman. He is great with people and compassionate. He is a solid guy. His new wife Sue has let herself into the business world to bring destruction. She is verbally abusive to the employees, and lacks competence and basic social skills, she is also incapable of properly communicating with all people in general.
