KinderCare West had been the perfect place for our family to land after moving to Naperville 3 years ago. Our boys have loved every minute of it. The teachers and staff are so caring and attentive, and the curriculum has gotten both of my kids ready for Kindergarten. It has been like a second family for us. Highly recommend if you are interested!!

I was a stay at home mom prior to my kids coming to KinderCare. I was an absolute nervous wreck leaving my kids with strangers but this center I could not have asked for better experience. They treat the kids like they are theirs. They keep you updated on every little detail, they are all amazing

We have been fortunate to land in kinder-care Montgomery branch. My boy started at 12 months and the initial one week was a bit difficult but then with the help of the teachers my boy started settling in. His teacher Miss Piyali is so kind and considerate, she made sure he feels like home. In terms of development I saw my boy learning to distinguish between colors and good with stacking. Piyali was also very considerate toward him on off days that my child would have and help comfort him when he is not feeling the best.

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. Director completely shut me down when I tried to address the concern & said, “[Teacher’s Name] has worked here for a long time. She would never do that to a child.” I pulled my child immediately because I was genuinely concerned about her safety. The incident occurred back in 2018, but my child is still traumatized 5 years later. Report filed with DCFS.
