I've used them 5-6 times and the service is lack-luster at best. My flight was cancelled after sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours because someone had a box cutter on our flight. Couldn't cancel my limo and reschedule because the T.S.A. wouldn't let anybody use their phones. I called first chance I could and this cold brazen Lithuanian woman told me "to bad" basically that I inconvenienced their driver so they did pick me up 2 hours later than scheduled but double billed me for 2 trips home. I have been using Naperville Limo Service for a few years. The vehicles are spotless, the drivers polite and respectful. They are always on time. The owner, Zil, makes sure that you are well taken care of and ride in comfort. Complimentary bottles of water are provided in the vehicle. I will continue using Zil and his limo service. I just don't understand the negative "enuf said" review. Totally not what I experience with this limo service
