Horrible customer service. I visited the branch simply to cancel a check and the banker named Rene Sworst made me wait over an hour without any communication and finally came to me told me the check can't be canceled and when i asked her why it took so long to tell me that she said me she's still learning the system. Would never recommend.Take your business to Chase or Fifth Third as they're very efficient.
I have had nothing but miserable experiences with this bank. They lie to your face, they don’t return calls and they “lose” your deposits. I am grateful that I am leaving this place for good. Please don’t let their “win trust” name fool you. When you trust them, you certainly do not win. Please save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!
Rude...rude.. Rude. Kimberly Coyne.... Senior vice president of retail.... Went to banking center with a Cashiers Check drawn off of Wintrust Bank..... Refused to cash it because it was over their $1,000 limit for non-customers... Even though they are part of Wintrust
