I bought two of their DL1200 locks and one failed during the warranty period. Tech support verified that it was a warrantied failure and assigned case number 553696. However, I've been unable to get it replaced or refunded because it turns out that my local door supplier is not on their list of "approved" vendors. I'm out $400 and disappointed that they don't stand behind their products unless purchased from certain vendors.
Great products, excellent support. Special shout out to Tim with tech support. I called after hours and was on hold for quite a while, but when Tim answered the phone it was as if he was reading my mind... he knew exactly what the problems were and how to fix them before I could even ask him the question!
