I purchased a hot tub when this location opened and have never been happy with its ability to maintain the correct temperature. I was also told by the owner, Chris that his customer service was the best which is one of the reasons I shopped here. In reality, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life!. My hot tub randomly shuts off so I had a service person out last November but he showed up when I was not home. Quality pools replaced our 20x40 liner. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Excellent communication and took the time to answer all our questions. Their customer service is impeccable and their quality of work is unmatched. A big thank you to Chris and the team for doing an excellent job. We will definitely be going to them for all out future projects. A very happy customer :)
