I visited this business looking for a replacement filter for my hot tub, unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for, I found the sales and service person to be very helpful and friendly. Located in a strip mall tucked in the middle of the mall, if your looking for a hot tub I would recommend checking them out. Nice staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Napanee Quality Pools and Spas. Being from Napanee I wanted to support a local business. I went in the store to make an appointment for a technician to come and check my hot tub pump because it was making a loud noise when the jets came on. A work order was filled out and I was told it was pool closing season there might be a wait. I said that’s fine. I waited. I purchased a hot tub when this location opened and have never been happy with its ability to maintain the correct temperature. I was also told by the owner, Chris that his customer service was the best which is one of the reasons I shopped here. In reality, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life!. My hot tub randomly shuts off so I had a service person out last November but he showed up when I was not home. Quality pools replaced our 20x40 liner. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Excellent communication and took the time to answer all our questions. Their customer service is impeccable and their quality of work is unmatched. A big thank you to Chris and the team for doing an excellent job. We will definitely be going to them for all out future projects. A very happy customer :)
