I had ran over my glasses that were 3 days before the warranty ran out. They also came from Spain. I had a new set of Frames and lenses no cost to me at all. Their service is fantastic,the people are genuine. I have never been treated so well and accommodated while making my choices for glasses. Very professional I'm so glad I went to Napanee Opticians!
I’ve been going to Napanee Opticians for a few years, and the reason i go back every time is Amanda and Candace. These two women are knowledgeable, approachable, honest, and truly go above and beyond. They take the time to listen to my needs, and recommend options within my budget (with hilariously honest opinions)! Whether i’m getting an adjustment or picking out a new frame, every visit is handled with care and humour, and they ensure all their clients leave feeling confident with their choice.
My experience where do l begin we'll let's start with l waited a month to receive no glasses not even any phone call from any employer addressing any issues about my son's glasses or the status of my son's glasses so there is no glasses or they aren't even made due to the employer saying l owe a difference of fifty that isnt paid our agreement was l pay the fifty dollars as soon as l pick up the glasses but instead there was no communication after that conversation that the plan went threw and l would pay the fifty dollars w... read more
