I’m disappointed to have to write this. I’ve been coming to this salon since moving to Napanee in September of last year, and I’ve always appreciated the talented technicians who usually do my nails. Unfortunately, my most recent visit — my first experience with the owner as my nail technician — was very disappointing in both service quality and professionalism. This was my first time at this salon. I asked for shellac. This is the first salon that did not complete the service with cuticle oil, moisturizer, hand massage or hot towel. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the first time I that I haven’t had those things included in the service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I felt like an inconvenience. I paid $35 for someone to simply paint my nails. I do not recommend this business and will not be returning.

My daughter got a pedicure and manicure and my wife got a pedicure my other daughter went here a year ago was a great experience both times lady with glasses worked hard on the design and see nailed it

I had to stop going here because every time I got my nails done I got an infection with puss next to my nail, took a few days to heal every time. They don't clean the files between clients and it's not uncommon for them to grind to far down and make you bleed.
