Napanee Blooms (formally known as Flowers by Barbara) have been serving the Napanee area for 70 years. Loyalist Flowers (Kingston) proudly purchased Flowers by Barbara in Feb 2018. Our goal is to give our Kingston and Napanee clients the ultimate shopping experience. We have always prided ourselves on our designs, our customer service and that we source the freshest and best quality blooms locally and world wide.
