Always helpful worker...friendly enviorment
bad prices, and even worse customer service. Three attendees standing at the counter and none of them greeted me as i walked in. The energy in there is very dull and not welcoming at all. Most no one wants to help, excluding the older gentlemen who was extremely helpful and friendly a couple moths ago. In conclusion, take your business to carquest. Not sure if it's a common theme with parts stores everywhere or if this is isolated to here but constantly getting the wrong parts despite looking them up even with a part number at times, sometimes 2-3 times in a row, hardly any discounts at nearly full price, and when they need to "order" your parts YOU pay shipping on it as well, I don't care for that much. I'm for supporting local business but I don't see much support returned. The workers are nice enough just there needs to be an update in the system for getting correct... read more
