I went in to have some hydraulic lines made and as soon as I walked a guy behind the desk audibly huffed and said he’s to short staffed and didn’t have time. I said I’m not in a rush I could even leave them and pick up tomorrow then he asked if there was fluid in them and I told him I drained them but taped the ends so it didn’t drip in my truck. My prepurchased car battery was ready when I arrived. I installed it on-site. Steve helped me when the battery tie downs were too long, preventing me from closing my hood. He got the bolt cutters and solved the problem. Excellent customer service.
