Took time off to go here being their Google info says open on Fridays! Well, no go- sign on door says closed and open only M-Thursday... If they can't even manage their Google account, I can't imagine what their service is like- Ill pass ~
Avoid this place at all costs. They installed a gas burner and log set for me several years ago. It stopped functioning so i had a tech out. He charged me $180 and fixed to problem but the fix only lasted a week. It turned out i needed a replacement. Simple project, the tech was there when i called Patti. She took my information and i asked her to provide a quote for a replacement. She never called back. I called again three times, each time she said she would call me back. She didn't. Patty helped me make the right decision when picking the style of fireplace based on what I had in mind and the available space in my house. Very down to earth help and extreme informative service. I learned so much about fireplaces! Glad I chose them to install mine.
My gas fireplace went out, Steve was able to walk me through the steps to get it back on, all under 5 mins. Great customer service!
