If you want to deal with a company with good customer service, don’t rent here. Whoever was responding to emails misquoted us, and then refused to honor their initial estimate. No leniency at all to even meet somewhere in the middle. They refused to answer our questions, and didn’t even reply to emails until we followed up with them. (They eventually stopped responding completely after we pointed out they haven’t answered our questions, but I continued to receive automated texts from them asking me to rent).
