I always receive exceptional service from Yassin , one point I would like to mention is that it is a couple of times I make purchases and the prices are not as advertised on the shelves , especiallys the red price tags - today a item marked at 12.99 - scans at 18.99 and they told me - that sale expired ... the tag for the sale expired in 2024, definitely can do better than that with facing and price tags !
I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I went in to buy a few items and was in a bit of a rush, but unfortunately the service was terrible. There were three workers in the store and only one of them was actually helping customers, while the others were just hanging out in the back. Meanwhile, there was a long line of people waiting. It was frustrating to see staff not caring about customers’ time, especially when the store was busy. Definitely not the level of service I expected from NAPA.
Great customer service. Yassin was very helpful. I was on a road trip from Toronto to New Brunswick and had a check engine light come on for a faulty mass air flow sensor. I was in the Ottawa area when the part failed. I tried a few other parts suppliers along my route, but none had the part in stock. Thankfully they had the part and kept it on hold until I could make it to the store. I changed it in the parking lot and was able to continue on my road trip. Thank you very much!

Bonjour, J'aimerais saluer le jeune homme qui m'a servi ce jeune m'a servi de façon explaire. Malheureusement je ne peux pas en dire autant de c'est collègues plus vieux qui eux on pris un malin plaisir à me rédiculiser. J'ai voulu me faire rembourser pour quelques chose qui ne faisait pas sur mon véhicule mais le monsieur avait pourtant l'air très convaincu que cette pièce allait sur mon véhicule ce qui n'était pas le cas.
