We had an emergency serpentine belt failure on our long drive from SC to NY on a Sunday afternoon that completely shutdown our car in Virginia. I thought we were going to be stranded until Monday when shops opened, but I contacted Mike and he went above and beyond to troubleshoot on the spot where we broke down, contacted part shops to source the parts needed, and repaired our car without needing to tow to the shop. I couldn't believe we were back on the road in 1.5 hrs. Thanks Mike for saving us and getting us home safe!

Had the tow truck take my car to the shop on Sunday and drop it off to replace my alternator. On Monday afternoon my car was ready! I was informed ahead of time about the cost of the repairs and the time in which my car would be ready. I definitely will be a return customer to Mike's Auto and Truck Repair in the future!
