Called in to order a wheel/hub seal, salesman on the phone assured me he was looking at the correct one. He then told me the part would show up overnight and be available as soon as they open next morning. Before we end the call I double check one last time that he ordered the correct seal for the hub/wheel and NOT the transmission output seal, he hastily says "Yep it's the one" and hangs up. I show up the next morning and we check out the part - nope, it's exactly what I told him NOT to order (the transmission output seal) ... read more
