Great store with good prices! My wife and I have purchased through Napa Gold and Silver and I mean we have REALLY made several purchases through this store. I was looking to sell some old gold jewelry and silver coins that *** grandmother had left me. I came across Napa gold and silver, and brought my things in. ***** took time to look at my items and told me what I had, then quoted a price breaking down what he would pay for each item. He explained to me that one piece of jewelry, I might make more money selling it on ***** I really feel he was looking out for me, making sure I get the most money for what I had.

Rude and became annoyed with me asking questions. Was raising his voice at me and gave me attitude. He was offering way under what my graded coins were worth quoting all dealers use the greysheet which they can easily just bump ur grades down and rip you off. Not an honest seller Buyer beware!
