Edit : store manager reached out to me to offering return. But only in person which I don't want to encounter or visited this place no more. Perhaps their policy matter again. Contacted my bank, get that through it instead of dealing with people in person. Worst customer service ever with their policy. Had bought O2 sensor that I gave all information including VIN and transmission's. I stupidly trusted these people that they gave me right one. But wrong one. I could not be happier with the customer service I received at this location (Mike was the one that helped me but I’m sure all the employees here are all on par), Mike was able to help me get all the parts I needed and what was not at the store he was able to get for me quite quickly, he was also very courteous and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this location, and I will be coming here whenever I drive through Edmonton and need parts.
