We were waiting to be called on by the MA in the practice waiting area to the left of the entrance. the older lady to the left reception desk with gray hair was very rude when checking in for the appt. She was condescending, her tone was rude, and her face just looked irritated and was short over all. the spanish girl to the right of her was talking about a lady who had checked in to being charged a no show fee and was calling her dumb for explaining it to her in front of the other 2 girls working the desk.
