I live here and I really liked it until the new management took over. The real estate company named Barnett and Hill are horrible. The agents only communicate with you through email, the company itself does not care whatsoever and when their team went through the office, somehow my folder got "lost" with my lease and wanted me to pay their new rent fees, pet deposit fees (which are insane, $500 per pet per household), etc. Save your time and look elsewhere.
