Amazing service and excellent attention to detail. I brought in two high-end vehicles, and the owner quickly diagnosed the issues and serviced both flawlessly. Their pricing was far more competitive than the dealership and other local shops. They’ve earned my business for all of my vehicles, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work.
Yes I’m giving NAPA Orchard Lake 5 stars. No one enjoys needing work done on their vehicle, but Lou and the team there do what they can to make it as painless as they can so this rating is for the people at NAPA.
So hard to find a car repair shop these days that will only quote a price for what really needs to be repaired especially when you are a woman. But I found this one. Was very pleased with the service advisor Lou. I knew what needed to repaired and was so happy and grateful that he didn't try to advise me of repairs that weren't needed. Shop is clean and mechanics are well trained and professional. Customer for life!
My family has been going to Lou for 30 years. This shop is run by some of the best to ever do it. They are trustworthy, experienced, and priced well.
