First time working with this shop, I do not often review anything. They went above and beyond to get the job done within the estimates prices. Service manager was quick to respond, friendly folks to deal with overall. Would recommend to a friend.
Had an issue with my back rear wheel and managed to get to Ultimate Auto about 15 min after they closed not daring to drive it any further. Kim answered my phone call and allowed me in to drop off my keys, had an appointment booked and allowed me to take a loaner to get to work the next day.
