I had a great experience bringing my car to this shop. Fairly priced and I got a detailed free inspection on many different things. They fixed the problems my car had with no cost and I also had my oil changed. Very good and honest team! No pressure to do anything, fast and very inexpensive compared to my old dealership. I will be back!
I had a great experience today at this repair shop today. I needed an A1 service on my van and I was in and out in under a morning after booking on the spur of the moment. I was charged a very reasonable price and was not upsold or pressured in any way. It was a nice change from my regular Honda dealership - I will return! Many thanks.
The lube shop tried to sell me a transmission fluid change I didn’t ask for. So I took my trusty beater to these guys—and guess what? They said, “You’re good, no need for service.” 5 stars to this honest crew. The other place? Negative one star and a stern finger wag. Thanks, legends!
Very bad customer service. I had to get a bulb fixed in my headlight. I purchased the bulb from NAPA itself but this branch told me that they do not accept anything bought by the customer ( even if purchased from NAPA), and I will have to repurchase the bulb. I drove to another NAPA branch and they fixed the bulb provided by me in 2 minutes.
I went in today to get a quote for an air conditioning recharge. The lady asked me if that was my 2004 Escalade I said yes so then she quoted me $370. Then I asked how much it was for an alignment and she said it’s starts at 150 and can go up depending on how many adjustments they have to make. My husband just called them right now and a guy and answered and literally quoted us half that amount. What a scam ! Her name is Aliyah Howard. How awful to try and take advantage of me.
