I had an excellent experience at NAPA AUTOPRO Precision Alignment. The team performed my alignment properly and efficiently—it was done exactly when they said it would be. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had a great conversation with the owner, who was friendly and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to find a shop that combines quality work with a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back for future needs.

This shop knowingly installed a used and broken alternator in my vehicle and charged me for a new one. Months later I was charged AGAIN for the removal and replacement of another “new” alternator. When the car inevitably broke down yet again I contacted the shop but my call was NEVER returned, that happened twice.
