Had a great experience here! I came in for an out-of-province inspection and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even followed up afterward with helpful recommendations for future services, while also respecting my decision when I declined. Will definitely come back for future services and really recommend this place for anyone looking for professional and considerate services
They didn’t use the type of oil recommended in the user manual several times. Even after I expressed my concern about the oil type, the front desk insisted they were professionals. I didn’t argue with them at the time because I didn’t have enough knowledge about engine oil. However, after doing some research recently, I realized that last winter my engine failed to start several times during extremely cold weather. Was told to bring the car in for a. Rw tire change at 8am to guarantee a bay open. An hour and a bit later I was on my way. Friendly staff, well informed. An enjoyable experience. Recommend to anybody that wants to trust their car to professionals.
