Had my car towed here on a whim when it broke down late at night, they were able to look at it by 11am the next day. The car was not worth fixing but they were so empathetic when breaking the news to me, and helped me fill out all the forms to have it parted out. Very friendly staff

My wife and I were heading to Clearwater BC from Vancouver Island for a family reunion in our 1989 Dodge Camper van. On the way there a I noticed we had no headlights or taillights. With no appointment I thought we were in a pickle but Rob and crew went above and beyond to get us back on the road and an on time arrival at the reunion. I would definitely recommend Merritt Napa Auto Pro for their great service and knowledge. Thank you so much!
Misty went above and beyond to help us out after the alternator died on my 06 Honda Odyssey. They weren't able to fit us in so late in the day, but she compiled and sent me a list and phone numbers of 5 other shops in the city that I could try, along with a mobile mechanic that did automotive on the side. The mobile mechanic ended up being the only one able to take me on, so I greatly appreciated the local knowledge and dedicate support from Misty. Would definitely recommend going to a shop that cares that much!
Incredible service & the most kind staff. My car broke down & they fit me in on a busy day. I had to stay overnight in my car & they were so helpful and went above & beyond with my service & also just genuine human kindness in making sure I had what I needed staying overnight. Thank you Rob, Edwin & Misty for the stellar service & care & for getting me home to Vancouver Island safely.
