SCAM ALERT: $1400 to change spark plugs. 6 hours in LABOUR, Really?!. To top it all off, they pressure you to get it done over the phone, or the car will disintegrate in the parking lot. There’s a better way to do business fellas. There are so many other more ethical mechanics in the city, save yourself the headache to deal with scammers. UPDATE: their response below says that my review is a mistake, again not a very professional response. At least own it.
The folks at Kirkham are friendly and helpful. They make it easy to book an appointment convenient to my schedule. The work is performed and completed as requested with a written report and photos texted when complete. I have booked my last 6 appointments with Kirkham due to the convenience and ease of their service. Thank-you!
