I brought my vehicle to Napa on Aug. 17th /23 in the evening because my gear shifter was locked and I needed a new belt. Note: There was nothing wrong with the transmission. I received a call from the manager, Ali Smyth, early the next morning. She proceeded to give me information about cost for repair and recommended a full inspection of my vehicle.
