I’ve been bringing my Golf here for several years, and I can honestly say this is the most reliable repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done without pushing unnecessary repairs.
We were in Calgary for a medical emergency when our AC stopped working in 30 degree heat. Heritage Auto went above and beyond to help, squeezing us in on short notice and fixing other urgent issues, making our car safe and comfortable for our eight hour drive home. They kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a loaner car so we could get back and forth to the hospital. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation.
Staff is professional and knowledgeable. Will be definitely coming back.
