My Audi Q5 required a new battery after the 12-year old OEM battery was starting to show it's age. I purchased a good AGM battery and booked an appointment to have NAPA Heritage AutoPro install and code (program) the new battery to the vehicle's electrical system. The shop spent several hours using a few different scanners, but was unable to program the battery, due to incomplete markings on the new battery. I had 2 vehicles repaired here. I was given photos, estimates, options, timelines and updates. The vehicles were repaired professionally and in a timely fashion. The team here kept me informed at all times and were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.
