We are back on Vancouver Island safe and sound thanks to the team at Napa Autopro Grizzly repair. We had a vehicle failure in Revelstock, we had the vehicle towed to this shop. Alexa told us that it would take a few day's before they could look at the vehicle. I explained the issue and mentioned that we had electrical work done as we tow this car behind our motorhome. I came in to make an appointment to repair our Tiguan’s door whose hinge was loose. The staff and mechanic took a Quick Look and tightened the bolts on the spot despite being fully booked. Fantastic service! I highly recommend them for auto repair.

Great experience with Grizzly Auto in Revelstoke. We live 4 hours from this garage and I was worried. Jessie was superb answering my concerns and making sure communications were prompt and to the point. John the mechanic assign to our Audi is top notch, he really knows his trade. His progress reports were helpful and excellent. Good Job! We were very lucky to have met John by pure coincidence, on a Sunday when our car broke down.
They helped me quick to find a weird noice from the rear suspension . Without having an appointment . Thank you !
