Great experience with Grizzly Auto in Revelstoke. We live 4 hours from this garage and I was worried. Jessie was superb answering my concerns and making sure communications were prompt and to the point. John the mechanic assign to our Audi is top notch, he really knows his trade. His progress reports were helpful and excellent. Good Job! We were very lucky to have met John by pure coincidence, on a Sunday when our car broke down.
They helped me quick to find a weird noice from the rear suspension . Without having an appointment . Thank you !

Fantastic experience with Grizzly Auto. Transparent, helpful and got the job done. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and the mechanic we dealt with, John was brilliant too. The best mechanic experience we have had in Canada by far (and we have been to a few throughout our travels).
