If only I could express the amount of frustration the mechanics caused me and my GF on her car. Going in for one job coming out with 4 more. The mechanics don't ask before doing things they just do and then you get the vehicle back with front end creaks and issues when they worked on the backend saying oh ya we bent this back "complimentary" but caused more issues after doing so when they went even supposed to touch the front Front desk is great overall. Be very aware
I always have the best customer service here! The front desk staff explains everything extremely well and is always friendly and polite. My last repair was some unexpected work and they had my car done a day early and under estimate!!! I’ll never go anywhere else.

We are back on Vancouver Island safe and sound thanks to the team at Napa Autopro Grizzly repair. We had a vehicle failure in Revelstock, we had the vehicle towed to this shop. Alexa told us that it would take a few day's before they could look at the vehicle. I explained the issue and mentioned that we had electrical work done as we tow this car behind our motorhome.
