While on my journey across Canada, I was passing through Revelstoke and had some bad knocking sounds on bumps. Despite being fully booked, a mechanic took a quick look at my car and was able to figure out and fix the issue in about 5 minutes so I could continue my journey safely.
We stopped in after experiencing an issue on the highway, and the employees were incredibly kind. They took the time to help us, even though we weren’t regular customers. That level of customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and we were so grateful for their willingness to help. Thank you for going above and beyond when we needed it most.
Only place that could fit me in for a front end alignment. Charged me $270 (which is a rip off) dollars and added a bunch of extra services I did not ask for. Including crafting a list of things to replace, some of which I recently did on my own. Clearly showing that they are just looking to prey off people who aren't vehicle literate.
If only I could express the amount of frustration the mechanics caused me and my GF on her car. Going in for one job coming out with 4 more. The mechanics don't ask before doing things they just do and then you get the vehicle back with front end creaks and issues when they worked on the backend saying oh ya we bent this back "complimentary" but caused more issues after doing so when they went even supposed to touch the front Front desk is great overall. Be very aware
