Top notch service with quality technicians
I have taken my car to Gears Plus twice, once when I was travelling to Prince George for a medical appointment when the check engine light came on. I received excellent service, the cause was found and the source of a mystery noise (wasn't able to be found by the mechanic in my hometown) was also fixed. The 2nd time was earlier this week. I called Gears Plus and scheduled an appointment for a inspection after receiving a quote in my hometown that I wasn't comfortable with. This shop is absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend it enough. The staff are so welcoming, warm, and helpful. They really take great care of both you and your car. They even called a taxi for me and provided a voucher so the ride was free, which was incredibly kind and so appreciated. And on top of that, they washed my car — and it was very dirty too! Best shop I’ve been too, great people who work there. They got my truck in quick, handled it professionally. Kept me in the loop about it while I was working out of town. Got it fixed and all good to go well before I even got back. Phenomenal customer service and best diagnosticians in town. Highly recommend
The best place in town, quick, with excellent front desk staff, and everything is transparent when it comes to costs/prices. Have taken my last three vehicles here, and I will continue to take every other one I own here!
