Best shop I’ve been too, great people who work there. They got my truck in quick, handled it professionally. Kept me in the loop about it while I was working out of town. Got it fixed and all good to go well before I even got back. Phenomenal customer service and best diagnosticians in town. Highly recommend

I have dealt with Gears Plus for several years now mainly with our corporate fleet, but also with some work on my personal vehicles. The thing that stands out for me is the service - they have stored our winter tires making seasonal changes so much easier and we have lost many sets of tires storing them in our work warehouse so this is highly valued for me. I had a great experience with Gears Plus in Prince George. I needed an out-of-province inspection, and after calling several auto shops with no luck (I’m from Alberta and some places were booking a month out), Gears Plus was able to fit me in quickly for an appointment. They were honest about the repairs needed for the OOP inspection, and Mark even gave me a discount since they finished the work faster than expected. Overall, excellent service — highly recommend!
