What an incredibly frustrating experience. Their lack of communication, unprofessional attitude, and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction makes them a posterchild for what's wrong with the automotive industry today. From delays to unclear expectations about repairs and over charging issues they can't resolve... every interaction is an uphill battle. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and transparent service.
