They requested that I drop off my vehicle to be checked out at 9am but it didn’t go into the shop until after 11am. The same thing happened when I took it in to be repaired except it was after 12:30 before it went in for a 5 hour repair. Then they ran out of time and didn’t finish until the next day at noon. The first time was not a big inconvenience but the first repair day definitely was. If it had gone in within an hour or so of dropping it off everything would have been okay.
