I bought a car from the dealership there and used Ram for repairs, including some warranty work. The first time was a battery replacement as it had died almost immediately after buying the car, and while the battery was replaced at no cost, the mechanic had to remove a wheel to access the battery, and didn't tighten the lugs nuts very well, leaving my tire loose.
