Absolutely terrible experience. I rushed over to make it before close and arrived at 4:47. As I’m walking up, an employee literally opens the door and says, “We’re closed, the alarm’s already on.” Oh really? Then why wasn’t the door locked and why are you standing there with it wide open telling me this? When I reminded him they close at 5, his response was, “It’s not my call.” So let me get this straight—you’ve got a manager on duty closing early and hiding behind employees to turn customers away for no reason. Super friendly staff! I was in getting my dad a birthday gift! The cashier added to my purchase and gifted my dad a complimentary NAPA cap not knowing how crazily obsessed he is with hats! Such a kind gesture!
