I’ve received quick and reliable service from this business a couple of times without issues. My most recent visit was for an oil change, they found problems with my tie rods and serpentine belt (all needing replacement “asap”). The tie rods had been recently replaced, so I was sceptical. I went to another mechanic and they checked and said there were no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately I feel there is a lack of honesty and will not be returning to get any service here.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service my son received. He pulled into the lot with a flat tire and was waiting for help to arrive. I witnessed the entire conversation with the worker, who asked my son to leave the lot because the manager didn't want him parked there. When my son explained that he couldn't move his car due to the flat tire, the worker showed no empathy. I was appalled by the lack of compassion and understanding displayed by the staff.
