I'm extremely disappointed with the service my son received. He pulled into the lot with a flat tire and was waiting for help to arrive. I witnessed the entire conversation with the worker, who asked my son to leave the lot because the manager didn't want him parked there. When my son explained that he couldn't move his car due to the flat tire, the worker showed no empathy. I was appalled by the lack of compassion and understanding displayed by the staff. Great experience at Napa Auto! Mike and his team are excellent with communicating required services! I went in for a general inspection of my vehicle and they provided a thorough breakdown of everything requiring service with pictures and descriptions! Overall, very lovely experience!
