I had an elderly client in need of a jump start on his vehicle. I stopped in at Napa and the gentleman behind the counter offered to drive to my client's location to help. Napa went above and beyond the call and I couldn't appreciate that more!! I always get amazing service from the Napa employees. Thank you so much for helping my client get to his appointment.

Just went and visited NOLS in Lander Wyoming and lost my fuel pump!! Went to Carquest and they just didn’t seem to want to help this tree hugger? Shot over to Napa and it was a total different experience! They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. They had my pump in stock and recommended a mechanic down the street. Crazy part was they helped tow my truck to the shop!!!! Never get this type of service in SOUTH FLORIDA……. A++++ Bert Lake Worth Beach Florida
Pretty expensive and their selection is lacking, went over to carquest they have better prices and parts in stock. Edit: Carquest does great they have what you guys don't and more! The fact I haven't left them a 5 start review yet is beyond me I will do it soon I appreciate the reminder.
