Good service and grate place to get your part's
After ordering parts for a customer (which came incorrectly) they charged us a restock fee as they said it was special order but they ordered wrong parts. New parts arrived and one side was missing parts (in the box). I guess we should always double check the boxes. Anyway, tbey told us they'd do a credit on next purchase. Went in tday, they denied they said that. Inadvertently it costed them our future business. And we wonder why people shop online or in the city. So much for trying to support the local guy. Phenomenal customer service ! never have I experienced such kindness and going above and beyond from a business in my life. I bought an oil filter here couldn’t get my old oil filter off. They drove out to my house with a filter wrench even attempted to help me get it off. I absolutely love this place. Thank you so much for your help.
Great service, had the parts we needed. Me and my family were stuck on the side of the highway and they had the parts out to us within in 15 minutes and were back on the road. Thank you!
Lots of parts, very expensive, rude staff, dory place, but you can get your moneys worth on parts.
