Bought a tool from there never even used it and was advised it had been used and the teeth were broke on it. Spoke to them and even advised them it was never used but refused to return. I had never used it and it was the wrong size torque wrench for me to use. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
Expensive but knowledgeable
All the establishments I have been to there's only been one and I'm not sure if the clerk didn't want to work that night or what was his problem. but everyplace else it's the employees that have made all these establishments a place I'd go back too. I can only say I hope that the upper management acknowledges the employees because it's usually a matter of location where a person will go to but they'll go back to the store that has better employees the knowledgeable ones The Helpful ones
They helped me out with installing new wiper blades when I was having trouble.
