Good service. I make my return with no problems
Not sure why Google can't get the Saturday hours correct. They are open 8-4 on Saturday as clearly posted on the door.
The woman attending the morning shift had a very bad attitude and wouldn’t let me use the restroom stating its in our warehouse and it’s only for employees. I turned around and walked out, I’ll buy my parts elsewhere. On the same road there is AutoZone, advance and much more and they all offer amazing service here in winter haven AND ALL OF THEM HAVE A PUBLIC BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS BUT NAPA.
