The store is permanently closed. I ordered a part online, choosing that store. I didn't know it was permanently closed until I got there. It makes NO sense that their website would still sell parts at a store that is closed.
Didn't say morning or welcome to store, guy just stared at me and waited for me tell him what I wanted. I'll take my business to some other auto parts.
They told me they had the part I needed. When I arrived it wasn't the right part. They searched for the right part for 30 plus minutes and still couldn't find it.
Under staffed The one lady working does her best but definitely under staffed
The manager at this location is excellent. I came in on a Sunday because my car battery was dead. It was still under warranty so she got a new battery for me, took out the old battery and replaced it. All in about twenty minutes. I am so grateful for such a pleasant experience.
