Great customer service
Well staffed, very helpful. They have the parts I need. If they dont have them in stock, they usually have them by the next morning.
Mark Wilkens has been the owner and operated this parts store in Lake City for as long as I can remember (30+yrs.) He has always been knowledgeable on what is needed and if not he'll research until he finds it. He doesn't skip a beat when it comes to being kind and courteous, whether it be over the phone or in the store. There's a friendly voice. And has never looked at me like I'm a girl and need approached differently. Thanks, Mark, for your many yrs. in bussness serving the community and surrounding areas.
