GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Happened on Friday September 10 2026 at 1:10 pm. This is the second time the person behind the counter does not even acknowledge wait there for 5 minutes did not even ask what was i looking kept looking at computer screen as if I was invisible. What joke of Business they are running at NAPA NORWICH. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. TRY SUPPORTING LOCAL BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION.
