GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Happened on Friday September 10 2026 at 1:10 pm. This is the second time the person behind the counter does not even acknowledge wait there for 5 minutes did not even ask what was i looking kept looking at computer screen as if I was invisible. What joke of Business they are running at NAPA NORWICH. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. TRY SUPPORTING LOCAL BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION.
Great staff, knowledgeable about the products they carry in store. Prices are higher on items than stores that offer the same products.
