Was at this location to pick up a tool I couldn't find anywhere else. I noticed what I needed on the wall behind the counter with one employee in deep conversation with another customer I decided to go to the other employee on the phone and wait. The wait went on for 10 min. and then he hung up the phone and walked away so I waited another 10 min. and still nothing. 20 min. in a small store with no customer interaction is not good customer service. Won't be back.
Most expensive parts store in Southern Ontario Gladly charged me $50 for a $6 part
