Just moved here, and Attempted to go in for a simple light bulb on my car, and manager wouldn’t even loan a tool to take off 2 bolts to make sure I had the correct one, plus I needed it to install anyways. Very rude! Oh well, went to Auto Zone where they offered me all kinds of tools and even offered to help me. I’ll soon have a business here with @7/8 trucks, guess which place I won’t be going!!
Though they didn’t have an obscure part I needed, the guys bent over backwards to try and help me out.
Tanner and team helped us out of a difficult situation with dealer lug nuts, thanks for the quick and practical fix 🙏
If there was a negative star review that’s what I would give them. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a shop than dealing with this one! I brought my jeep in for overheating issues, got charged over 1k and was stranded the whole time it was just sitting there. Not satisfied with their service at all.. in fact I’m actually disgusted. my jeep came out worse condition than when i brought it in.
