If there was a negative star review that’s what I would give them. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a shop than dealing with this one! I brought my jeep in for overheating issues, got charged over 1k and was stranded the whole time it was just sitting there. Not satisfied with their service at all.. in fact I’m actually disgusted. my jeep came out worse condition than when i brought it in. Not a Napa store I would return to, came in looking for a part, 2 clerks ignored my even being there 3rd clerk who helped me was very rushed. I was looking for more than just that part but after telling me they don't have it in stock and could have it on a day I am working, he immediately went to help the customer behind me. Guess he didn't want to sell me windshield wipers or diesel fuel additive. I left and found the part at O'Reilly
