The guy behind the counter actually came out to the parking lot and crawled under my rv to look at my problem so he could ensure he was giving me the correct part needed to fix it. Absolutely amazing!!! Nobody does that anymore! Talk about above and beyond! This guy deserves more than just a handshake. But, that was all I could afford right now. That and a most sincere "Thank you!"
Came in on a tow truck. The staff was helpful and friendly, and let me borrow a tool to get back on the road. They had everything i needed and seemed to know what they were talking about. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We broke down near Weed and nursed our truck into town. We found the nearest Napa and when we pulled up they were closed! We were desperate. We saw the last employee (Kenny) as he was pulling out of the parking lot. We flagged him down and he was nice enough to go back and open the store to help us. We were able to get the part we needed and get back on the road. I'm sure after working all day he would have rather gone home. We definitely appreciate him taking the time to help us.
