Helpful and courteous staff.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the beginning of the conversation. She interrupted me, had no interest in listening, and spoke in a disrespectful and condescending manner. It was clear that she lacked even the basic principles of customer service.
